I often get asked by clients about the frequency of massage treatments… it’s a difficult question to answer, it depends on why you are having the treatment. If you would like a therapeutic treatment and to really work with an acute condition, injury or pain – then ideally up to twice a week for an initial period is great. It’s good to have a few days between treatments to let it settle and balance. As part of the treatment, you will be advised on things that you can easily do at home, to support the treatments, the more you are able to integrate these practices into your daily life, the less frequently you will require treatments.
Time and budget are a massive deciding factor however.
